Product Structure
The synthetic fibers of SW/CFW/ARAMID replace the multilayer structure with 1 or 2 plies, which will make the belt running well with smaller pulley and the single roll length will be longer to reduce splice times .
Product Application
SW/CFW/ARAMID conveyor belts are suitable for conveying materials in high strength ,long distance and heavy load transportation of different size of materials, which are widely used in coal, mine, port, power plant, metallurgy, building materials, metallurgy, cement, etc. These belt are designed to carry large volumes of non-corrosive materials and have excellent durability in extreme environments.
Product Features
Synthetic fibers have higher unit strength and excellent wear resistance, cut resistance and abrasion resistance. The single layer structure increases resistance to bending fatigue and impact that is different from conventional crimp woven fabrics. The developed carcass completely deviates from the traditional laminating concept and structure. The features are low elongation, excellent impact resistance, excellent anti-tearing performance, low rolling resistance and high adhesive strength. The special structure of fabric can absorb impact better than ordinary EP or NN fabric ,which will extend the service life of the belt.
