Oil resistance Rubber chevron Belt with a cleats carrying surface are useful for conveying of packed and unpacked material up to
the angle of inclination 22° as an upper limit. Chevron belts are the right belts to meet your requirements when higher angles of inclination are required.
- Profile Types: C5v, C10V, V 15mm pattern chevron and Y 25mm cleats; Y32mm cleats on request.
- There are special patterns on the belt surface which carry the materials through steeper angles. Two main types are ‘V’ and ‘Y’ depending upon the pattern of the belt surface.
Applications: Medium to heavy duty for conveying the materials up to 25-35° angle.

Under normal circumstances, a normal conveyor belt works perfectly well up to 80 ° C. Excess heat can result in severe harm and a reduction in the life of the conveyor belt carcass.
The unique rubber compound we use avoid belt structure deformation and is extremely resistant to warm metals, like glue, steel or sand. To ensure the necessary thermal strength, EPDM or chlorobutadiene gum is used.

We offer various thermal resistance elastomers as a base of our heat resistant rubber conveyor belts:
T1–MEDIUM HEAT Resistance 150 ° C (maximum 180 ° C)
T2–HEAT Resistance 180°C (peak 200 ° C)
T3–ULTRA HUGH HEAT resistance 200 ° C (peak up to 400 ° C) for steady application temperatures.

Bulk materials conveyed at angles of 17-18 degrees and bagged materials conveyed at angles of 30-50 degrees.
Cleat and pitches are designed to be balanced for the return path.
Cleats and the base belt are vulcanized as a whole, resulting in good adhesion performance and longer working life.
