High Abrasion resistant conveyor belt physical and mechanical properties:
This conveyor belt is used in the transportation of coarse materials. Some of the materials transported include gravel, sinter and sand. This conveyor belt is very ideal for an industrial environment due to its heavy duty properties which take care of high density materials which are highly abrasive.
Grades
RA grade – used for transportation of high abrasive materials under normal conditions.
RE grade – used in areas where there are large, heavy or sharp objects falling. They are resistant to gouging, cuts, abrasion and impact which might occur.
RS grade – is the same as the RE grade conveyor belt with extra wear resistance features so that they are used in highly abrasive materials.
