Fire Resistant Conveyor Belt Self-extinguishing Test
This product is covered by flame retarding double sizing and its belt core is composed of nylon canvas and polyester canvas. Reinforced Ply Sidewall Rubber Conveyor Belt is manufacturing through such processing procedures as rolling, moulding and vulcanization. It could be used to transport non-corrsive-block-like, grain-like and powder-like materials in flammable and combustible situations like mines and thermal power plant, such as bulks and products like coals.
Steel cord conveyor belt with transverse reinforcement
Structure : On both side or one side, the transverse reinforcement (steel coed , steel wire cord, fiber coed or textile fabric) is laid out.
Feature :
- Good impact resistance and excellent property for reducing tear by external force increase belt life, rip resistance, cord protection.
- The belt is made of either anti tearing EP canvas or steel cord as center material with anti tearing rubber cover, good application capability, running steady, low maintenance.
