JOINTING METHODS
We offers different choices of jointing systems that are designed to match all the application needs.Here below we summarised the types of joints that can be selected.
1. Finger joint
Traditional splicing method that guarantees thickness and alignement evenness.It offers the maximum of flexibility when running on fixed knife edges and has high resistance to traction in heavy application.
2. Step
Special method for some belts and for special applications as alternative to the traditional finger joint.
3. Plastic fasteners
Non metallic fastener made with polyester fabric and spiralace.It is FDA approved,has a high resistance to chemicals,guarantees flexibility with a short replacement time.It is suitable for pulleys with a diameter over 16mm and for applications that involves X-Ray scanners or metal detectors.
4. Metal fasteners
Metal fasteners suitable in those situations where ease and speed of fitting is required,or where the fitting itself is difficult.They are available both in galvanized and stainless steel.
