CROSS RIGID CONVEYOR BELTS
CROSS RIGID CONVEYOR BELTS has been designed with two corrugated sidewalls and cleats molded to cross-rigid base belt can carry heavy product loads up to the inclined angle of 75°. This belt is popular where space is at a premium and steep incline angles are desired. The Base Belt: The base belt is designed to bend efficiently in a longitudinal direction and has greater rigidity in a transverse direction by utilizing reinforced fabrics with monofilament, creating a fabric carcass of high tension.”
- Features
- Cross Rigid Conveyor Belt can be deflected from the horizontal to an incline or vertical and back again without bowing or sagging. These deflection points as well as the belt returning on free lateral space by snub idlers definitely require the cross-rigidity of the base belt. The designed mono-filament fabrics provide better returnside support, no wear and tear of cleat and cover rubber is available with various compounds like abrasion resistance oil, heat, and flame resistance.
Application:
Xe-Sc+1 Sidewall Corrugated Rubber Conveyor Belt that has been made into endless without joint in the process of production.
-
1. Its features is that there is no joint in belt carcass, and the belt shall not be shortened in service life due to early failure in the joints of the belt. The belt is flat in surface and even in tension, thus it runs smoothly and its elongation in working is low.
2. cover rubber classification : General, oil, heat and chemical – resistant etc.
3. We can make endless belt of light conveyor belt, general use belt and heavy duty belt according to customers requirement.

D1 is at 30-60% of maximum breaking strength. The minimum pulley diameter for any given belt must
always be selected in accordance with the largest pulley diameter, i.e. if the belt is Ø400 mm and selected
corrugated sidewalls and/or cleat are 480 mm, you should select a minimum pulley diameter of 480 mm
