IW/SW Steel Mesh Conveyor Belt Usage

Applying IW/SW steel mesh to conveyor belting as carcass makes the belt with great anti-tear properties which will effectively prevent being pierced and with good performance in heat resistance.IW conveyor belt is suitable for ore handling,quarries,coal and ore terminals which requiring impact resistant and anti-tear properties;metallurgical sintering and coke plants requiring high temperature resistant properties;and bucket wheel machine handling which requiring high flexibility.SW conveyor belt is suitable for vertical conveying materials,which is widely used in metallurgy,chemical industries,cement,electricity,grain,etc.

1.Structure of special materials provides excellent anti-tear properties
The IW/SW Steel Mesh Conveyor Belt structure will make the conveyor belt meet great anti-tear properties which can effectively prevent against being pierced.

2.Excellent impact resistant performance
The IW/SW steel mesh uses elongation type steel in warp and high elongation steel in weft.The outstanding extension of the material will absorb more impact energy and thus provide excellent impact resistant performance.

3.Various cover types
Various types of rubber cover can meet different conditions.High temperature resistant rubber cover has excellent performance in conveying materials under high temperature conditions.But the conveying distance is better to be less than 2km.

IW conveyor belts are suitable for::

The values will help to determine the appropriate cover compound for the application or for the materials carries.Reliable assessment of the behavior of the covers in service for wear and cut resistance cannot be determined from tensile strength,and abrasion values alone.
