The structure and processing method are substantially the same as those of the ordinary conveyor belt. The joint is not vulcanized into a whole by heating or pressing, so it is also called a jointless conveyor belt. There are three kinds of joint methods:

(1) direct vulcanization into a ring-shaped belt;

(2) retention of the head during vulcanization, and partial vulcanization of the joint according to the requirements of on-site heating and pressurization;

(3) bonding with an adhesive on site. Because it has no mechanical joints, it runs smoothly and is suitable for material transportation in the departments of mineral processing and fertilizer.
