PVC/PVG solid woven entire core belt conveyor rubber belt

PVC and PVG Entire core belt conveyor belt has the advantages of strong strength, large freight volume, transportation balance, etc., while in the meantime this conveyor belt has very good flame resistance, antistatic property , impact resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.

Entire core flame retardant belt conveyor belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type.

Non pressed PVC type

After dipping with PVC paste on the solid woven fabric, add PVC cover on the solid carcass to form the belt.

PVG type

Based on the non pressed PVC type, the carcass is covered with top and bottom covers composed mainly of rubber. The belt is then formed after being pressed.

Both of the top and bottom covering layer of PVC conveyor belt is PVC plastic cover, single cover thickness ≥ 1mm,
Both of the top and bottom covering layer of PVG conveyor belt is the mixture of nitrile rubber and PVC, single cover thickness is 1.5mm-4.5mm.

The angle of conveying for PVC conveyor belt is <16 °, and for PVG conveyor belt is <20 °, both of PVC and PVG type can be used in coal mine transportations underground or on the ground.

Construction features and applications:

The belt has good flame resistant and anti-static properties. It can fully satisfy the requirements of MT-914 and is especially suitable for material conveying at inflammable of underground coal mines.
The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long filament as warp fiber, for weft fiber, it uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon filament. The fabric is high in strength, low in elongation, light in carcass, free of separation of plies, shock resistant, anti-tear and good in trough ability.
Non pressed PVC type is suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle of no greater than 16 degrees.PVG tapes is suitable for applications at a slope angle of less than 20 degrees.
PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber, which further improves the trough ability, resistance to wetness and slip, resistance to low temperature, elongation and wear resistance of the belt. Thus it can not only enhance the slope angle of conveying but also elongate life of belt.
