It can be widely used in heavy industry, power, metallurgy, ports, cement, coal and iron ore loading and transportation fields.
Coke plants that use fire and water at the same time: although the working conditions are quite demanding, they are one of the best examples of steel mesh applications. Because of the use of cooling water, the conveyor belt has been operating in wet conditions. Red, hot coke causes combustion, but the steel mesh skeleton can suppress the combustion very well.
In powder metallurgy plants: steel mesh conveyor belts can transport sintering blocks with an average temperature of up to 200 degrees C.
Slag loading and unloading: The biggest threat here is vertical tearing, impact and wear, with an average service life of the conveyor belt using a steel mesh that can be extended by 2 times.
Cement plant lift belt: Because of the required strength is small, so often use steel mesh. Steel mesh can be used for conveyor belts with smaller bend diameters because of their excellent compression and extension.
Loading conveyor: Requires a small diameter of the drive drum and a high conveyor belt strength. Coal, iron ore shipment: the use of steel mesh conveyor belt up to 3000 meters, its extension is small, almost no sliding.
