TD75 belt bucket elevator installation
The traction component of TD75 belt bucket elevator is belt, so it is also called belt bucket elevator.
It is an updated product of Vertical Bucket Elevator belting. Its main performance parameters are equivalent or refer to international standards and advanced foreign standards. Installation
1, pocket conveyor belt must be firmly mounted on a solid concrete foundation. Concrete foundation surface should be smooth, and is horizontal, to ensure that the bucket elevator is mounted perpendicular to achieve the requirements.
2, the higher the height of the bucket elevator in which the position of the upper portion of the housing and the housing shall be appropriate and its adjacent buildings (e.g. silos, workshops, etc.) together to increase its stability. A lower mounting member when installed, the anchor bolt, and then install the center casing, the upper casing Ann. Cabinet installation is successful, the correction verticality. Measuring a vertical line down the full height, the error should be less than 10mm. It should be parallel to the vertical axis, which axis line should be in the same plane.
3, when the height of the lower bucket elevator installation can be put, in all lower case and connected to the ground plane than the right, and the whole is fixed hanging straight on the concrete foundation.
4, after the cabinet is installed, install the chain and hopper. U-shaped hopper with a screw connection, both the chain joints, the hopper is stationary member. U-type screw nut must be tighten and reliable locking.
5, after the chain and hopper installed, properly tensioned.
6, the gear unit and bearing, add the appropriate amount of oil and butter respectively. Industrial lubricating oil reducer gear. Calcium or sodium-based butter can be within the housing. 5, commissioning, after installation should be empty commissioning. Air operation should be noted: not reversed, can not have a bump phenomenon. Idling is not less than 2 hours, there is not overheating, temperature does not exceed 250C of the bearing, reducer temperature does not exceed 300C. After idling for two hours load test can be carried out as usual. Load test the belt feed should be uniform to prevent feeding too much, resulting in a lower congestion “boring car.”
