conveyor belt DIN T
In the HR- As per IS T1 & DIN T category, the conveyor belts are made out of special rubber compound that contains high quality SBR. They help in the transportation of material such as hot coke, clinkers & hot lime stone. Maximum temperature on the belt surface is 100 ⁰C & Maximum temperature of material handled is 125 ⁰C.
In the HR-T2 – As per IS T2 & DIN T category, special synthetic rubber compound can endure higher temperature for transportation of materials such as hot cement, sintered coke, or soda ash. The Maximum temperature on the belt surface is 125 ⁰C & Maximum temperature of material handled is 150 ⁰C.
TEXTILE REINFORCED SYNTHETIC EP BELT are meant to exhibit high resistance towards hot materials such as Pellets, Sinter, Cement, Powder, Chemicals and Fertilizers. These belts aren’t just heat resistant but also have a much adequate service life as their cover rubbers ensure to prevent any serious damage which high temperatures can do particularly to the conveyor belt carcass. The cover rubber of these belts are so designed to provide satisfactory tensile strength and good abrasion resistance property to ensure longer life of the belt.
DURATUF TEXTILE REINFORCED SYNTHETIC EP BELT is used for:-
- Oil treated Coal and Fertilizer
- Timber industry & sawmills
- Paper and Pulp industry
