Underground PVC Solid Woven Coal Mine , Solid woven carcass use high-quality polyester filament which is high-strength, low-strength in the longitudinal direction, and the high-strength, medium-sized nylon filament in the transverse direction has high strength, small elongation, light body. Dipped with PVG or PVG compound, solid woven conveyor belt no problem of delamination, anti-shock and tear resistance character combined with good trough ability.
Special PVC cover compound has good static conductivity property, and fire retardant character. With cover thickness upto 4mm pressed PVC, Monster solid woven conveyor belt is more suitable for toughest working condition with moisture or water, it can be used at envornment above -10°C.
PVG conveyor belt is upgrated cover compound to Nitrile rubber, which is more abrasion resistant and more suiable for steep angle conveying of wet material.

This kind of conveyor belt is divided into two types: PVC and PVG.
The table shows nominal figures for minimum warp & weft breaking strengths, belt thickness & weight for a selection of belt types, based on 1mm x 1mm PVC covers on either side. For every additional 1mm PVC, add 1.25kg/sq.mtr for PVC covers. Nominal values with 1+1 PVC covers.
PVG stands for the solid woven belt with PVG cover (nitrile rubber)
PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber, which further improves the troughability, resistance to wetness and slip, resistance to low temperature, elongation and wear resistance of the belt. Both top and bottom cover are PVG, the belt can be used to carry materials mixing some water at the slope no more than 20 degree,elongate life of belt
